Egg nog
- 6 oz whole milk
- 4 oz heavy cream
- 3 oz sugar
- 2 oz spiced rum
- 2 oz apricot brandy
- 2 eggs
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Special (see notes), garnish with a nutmeg.
Blend the eggs, slowly add the sugar. With the blender running, add nutmeg and all liquid ingredients. Chill thoroughly, even overnight.
